Description

This second volume of brand-new devotions for boys and girls ages 6-10 will take children and families on a journey through the Bible, beginning with the book of Genesis and ending in Revelation. The daily devotions feature some well-known, as well as some lesser-known stories and characters from the Bible. Readers will learn how the Old Testament and New Testament fit together to tell one amazing story of God’s love. Readers will also learn how Jesus is not just represented in the New Testament, but throughout the entire Bible, as early as creation.

The daily readings also include a short Bible verse, a prayer prompt, and a question that can be answered by looking up a Bible verse. For some interesting trivia, every page offers a fun fact from history and around the world.

Children will grow in their knowledge of Scripture as they learn of God’s desire for us to know Him, understand how He made a way through Jesus, and discover how the Holy Spirit guides us in our everyday lives.
