The majesty of the Star of Bethlehem! Crystal is a wonderful author and the illustrations are simple and beautiful. We used this book with our grandkids ages 1-5 and it takes the focus off of Santa and getting presents. Perfect for pre-schools and church classrooms when you want Jesus to be the center of Christmas. Also promotes dialogue with the older kids about stars and the heavens displaying the majesty of God. Our oldest grandson enjoyed going further with space concepts and we were able to show him Bible verse Psalm 147:4 “God determines the number of the stars and calls them by name.”

Cute Book! I love that it shows the wise men arriving when Jesus was a boy and not a baby. Confused my niece when we read it. I love all the zonderkidz books. We use them in the nursery at church and the kids enjoy the pictures and the stories are easy for them to understand and remember.
